It is made up of three layers: ‘Why?’, ‘How?’ and ‘What?’, and is a fundamental tool for structuring a company’s strategy in a clear and objective way.

The human evolution of the brain is a fascinating process that has shaped our ability to make decisions and relate to the world around us. The human brain is made up of three main parts, each with specific functions: the reptilian brain, the limbic system and the neocortex.

REPTILIAN SYSTEM
The reptilian brain is responsible for our basic survival instincts. such as the fight or flight response. This part of the brain activates when we see something we want or need.

It is also responsible for our "gut feelings" and first impressions.
LIMBIC SYSTEM
The limbic brain is responsible for our emotions and memories. It is activated when we see something that we associate with positive emotions such as happiness, love, or excitement. It is in this area of the brain that emotional stimuli, which are very important in communication, are processed.
NEOCORTEX
The neocortex is responsible for our rational thinking and decision-making. It is activated when we see something that we know is good for us, such as a well-made product or a service with a good cost-benefit ratio. This part of the brain is also responsible for processing new information and ensuring that we understand it.

DECISION MAKING

In decision-making, these three wonders of the human brain work together to enable us to analyze situations from the perspective of our instincts, emotions, and logical reasoning. This allows us to make more appropriate choices that are adjusted to our environment and the circumstances that surround us.

When communicating effectively, it is crucial to activate and connect with all these parts of the interlocutor’s brain. By doing so, it is possible to awaken not only interest and logical understanding, but also emotional and instinctive connections with the transmitted messages. Successful communication is one that can create both an objective perception of value and a subjective perception of value. Thus, by activating more parts of the brain, the ability to make decisions is amplified.
